Description of the Bug:
Lure the mobs to the middle of the map (above the water) and kill it off
The ETC dropped by the mobs can't be picked up, so if you do it correctly, the tree will drop :

Monster : Poison Stone Golem
The ETC is dropped but the Diluted Poison is not dropping thus unable to complete stage 2 and the PQ
