I understand that the Custom Party Quests will give better rewards so they were made more difficult for that reason (only KPQ being changed so far). But I think the original versions should still exist too with their vanilla rewards, so people can still obtain the original rewards as easily as normal, use the PQs for leveling, etc, without having to do more complex content just to get the vanilla rewards.
