Some Equips and things like one of the maps in Fantasy Theme Park require fame. If you're gonna remove Fame rewards from quests you should remove everything that needs fame too.
Also don't get why there's even a ranking for it in the first place. Most people don't earn it they just pay someone to give them fame.
