dojo belt progression

i got the white belt after doing a few runs with the first few bosses.

after obtaining 90 points for the yellow belt i clicked on the yellow belt while having the white belt in my invetory but nothing happends. which means obtaining higher lvl belts atm is bugged and can not be obtained

I have the same issue of not being able to claim yellow belt as mentioned.
