Aran - Pole arm multiplier

Issue: Pole arm multiplier is lower than 1.0x for aran.
Example: When i had the range 20-200, my normal attacks didn't exceed 100 damage. However, when I switched to a different weapon, I could hit the entire range (20-200).

This is the same for skills. First skill does 140% dmg. And cant pass 140 damage for the given range.

*This was tested with the given lvl 10 spear.
Nearly lvl 30, will try with other pole arms.

Yeah, same thing happens for me. If I equip a Spear my initial attack (testing vs 1 mob incase of damage being split) is the normal amount of attack, with a Polearm my attack is halved or so.
