60% scroll for staff/wand wrong info&mechanic

1. scrolls for staff/wand Matk.60% may destroy items on failure(like dark scrolls)
2.the stats they give are 2Matk + 1 INT(no like the +1luk as the scrolls show)

1. Can confirm to have destroyed a staff using scroll for staff for magic attack 60%.
2. Same for scroll for staff/wand for magic attack 50%. The stats give 3ma+2int (unlike the +2luk in the scroll description).

Some other scrolls aswell add secondary base stats instead of the main stat
