As mentioned in the title, I tried to clear the quest and didn't notice my etc inventory was full, and the quest was cleared but it didn't give me the "cold medicine" quest etc that I need for the next part. The game doesn't tell you that you need to clear space for it. Forfeiting and reaccepting the quest grants it but thought I should make a bug report for it
