sometimes quests don't consume the quest etcs. For example, in the amdusias helmet questline, the following etcs weren't consumed throughout the questline:
- Unseemly Ocarina
- Solomon's Sealed Bow
- something something Drum Set (idk i threw it away it was from dark lord in kerning city tho)
