Buff mages

As title states, weapon attack classes are way more overpowered compared to magic attack classes, due to the boost of all equipment scrolls.
WA scales way harder than MATT, and mages scales better off int / % int
The scrolls are equal example Scroll shoe 60% ATT = +1 WA vs Scroll shoe 60% MATT = +1matt
to compare it equally, Blessing of fairy skill gives double 1wa/2matt per lvl. Scrolls for mages should have added int.
